Working principle of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder: The current of the exciter electromagnetic coil is half-wave rectified. When the coil is energized during the positive half-cycle, a pulsed electromagnetic force is generated between the armature and the iron core, attracting each other. At this time, the trough moves backward, and the main spring of the exciter deforms, storing potential energy. During the negative half-cycle, no current flows through the coil, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the main spring releases energy, causing the armature and iron core to move in the opposite direction, pushing the trough forward. As a result, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder performs 3,000 reciprocating vibrations per minute at the frequency of the AC power supply. Since the horizontal direction of the trough has a certain angle with the direction of the excitation force, the material in the trough continuously moves forward along a parabolic trajectory.
